**By Public Transport:**
1. **Bus:**
- If you're coming from the Orange County area, take the OC Bus Route 1 or Route 47 towards Newport Beach.
- Get off at the stop closest to Marine Avenue.
- From there, it's a short walk to your destination.
2. **Train:**
- Take the Metrolink train to the nearest station (Irvine Station).
- From Irvine Station, transfer to an OC Bus that heads towards Newport Beach.
- Follow the bus directions above once you arrive in Newport Beach.
**By Car:**
1. **From Los Angeles:**
- Take I-405 South toward Costa Mesa.
- Merge onto CA-55 South and continue until it ends at Pacific Coast Highway (CA-1).
- Turn left onto Pacific Coast Highway and follow it until you reach Marine Avenue.
2. **From San Diego:**
- Take I-5 North toward Los Angeles.
- Merge onto CA-55 North and continue until it ends at Pacific Coast Highway (CA-1).
- Turn right onto Pacific Coast Highway and follow it until you reach Marine Avenue.
**Parking:**
- There are several public parking lots available near Marine Avenue. Look for signs indicating parking availability.
- Street parking may also be available but be sure to check for any restrictions or time limits.
