From Sicily to Newport Beach. 🇮🇹❤️
Thirty-seven years ago, Chef Sal saw something missing—a true Italian restaurant where every dish felt like home. So he built Sapori.
What started with a dream has become a tradition. For three generations, families have gathered around our tables to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, first dates, and Sunday dinners. Watching children grow into parents who now bring their own little ones back through our doors is something we’ll never take for granted.
To every guest who has supported us over the last 37 years: grazie. You are the reason we’re still here, doing what we love every single day.
