Carne Asada Fries. Did you know the first record of Carne Asada Fries dates to the 1990's in San Diego? If there is one single person responsible, we would kiss 'em. But since we can't do that, we'll just do our best to always use the freshest ingredients for our pico-de-gallo, juicy steak, shredded jack cheese, perfectly fried fries, pickled jalapenos, and of course, crema.

🤠Yeehaw! This right here folks is the one and only, The Rodeo Burger! So fresh you'd swear we wrangled the heifer ourselves. Bite into a 100%, hand packed, premium Angus Beef Patty, fresh crisp lettuce, thick sliced tomato, crispy bacon pieces, creamy Swiss cheese, and of course BBQ sauce. & Yes, to answer your question, this is absolutely a burger thirst trap . Veggie Lovers Unite! We have so many vegetarian options on our menu, including our Veggie Burger! This burger is *beyond*, but literally. Featuring a Beyond Patty, grilled mushrooms, fresh avocado, sliced ripe red tomato, Bleu cheese, & grilled onions. Enjoy it lettuce wrapped OR on a brioche bun. We highly recommend the garlic Truffle fries as your side 🧄.
