Our garlic seasoned edamame is a favorite amongst our frequently returning guests!
Steamed edamame, lightly sautéed and tossed in garlic seasoning!

Yuji began making California rolls in 1978 at 22 years old as a chef at Matsuya restaurant in La Canada Flintridge. He used the traditional ingredients, King crab, cucumber, avocado, nori, and rice.
Due to popularity and cost, Snow Crab replaced King Crab as the go-to option, and now imitation crab is most common. Our rolls are made with a 50/50 mix of snow crab and imitation (so please let us know of any shellfish allergies).
The roll was first made in the early 1960s as an attempt to appeal to an American customer base.

Opening in 1925, Kizakura began producing sake with a focus on quality water and rice, the most important elements of making amazing sake! In 1995 they applied that same concept to craft beer.
They utilize "Fushimizu" spring water along with traditional Japanese flavors to craft and offer truly unique flavors for their brews.
