After having exhausted all other possible resources, we have decided to ask the public for help before permanently closing the doors next week.

🫣Clean version—— We were expecting & depending on a substantial deposit from an advance this week from Clover, but it was denied. Though we have requested a manual review to reverse the decision, we are now out of time to satisfy debts due today we were depending on the advance to cover.

That’s right. Ain’t too proud to beg. Especially, when your employees & their families rely on you. If you would like to help save Spasso or at least reduce debt after closing, prioritizing employees are fully paid, you may choose one or all of the following options.
1. Purchase a gift card. Know that your gift card cannot be used if we close, so it should be treated as a donation.
2. Come dine with us. We will miss our guests, so stop by even if it’s to give words of encouragement or support, wish us luck, or say goodbye.
3. Below is the Zelle QR code where contributions can be sent directly to Spasso’s operating account.
Should our combined efforts save Spasso, we plan to repay everyone who helped & will host a dinner event honoring our heroes. We genuinely appreciate your help and we are hopeful and look forward to serving you for many more years. Thank you so much! 💕

Even the Grinch can’t resist a Roman holiday!
They say his heart grew three sizes that day... probably because he finally tried our Tiramisu! Even the Grinch knows that when it comes to authentic Italian desserts, Spasso is the place to be.
We are taking a short break to be with our families on Christmas Eve (Closed), but we are ready to serve you a festive feast on Christmas Day (OPEN!).

We were closing up after making fresh batches of pappardelle for tomorrow, and I swear I saw something green lurking near the patio. He wasn't looking at the sunset views... he was looking straight at the pasta machine.
