Perch is a charming French restaurant and breakfast & brunch spot located in the Pershing Square Building at the heart of downtown Los Angeles. With an elevated rooftop bistro that offers unobstructed views of both the city skyline and distant mountains, Perch provides an elegant atmosphere for lounging and dining.
