To get to the Pacific Coast Highway in Newport Beach, you can take a bus or train to the Newport Transportation Center and then transfer to the OCTA Route 1 bus which stops directly on the PCH.
Alternatively, if you are driving, take the Pacific Coast Highway and look for street parking or paid parking on nearby streets. There are also several parking lots in the area that offer paid parking options. From there, you can easily walk to your destination.
