🦪🔥 Our featured Marlborough oysters from New Zealand continue to be a huge hit at Tavern House!
And lately, more guests have been trying our signature baked version for the first time… with zero regrets 😏
We top them with a smoky-spicy chile, bourbon & BBQ butter, then bake them until plump and sizzling. Finished with a sprinkle of pecan wood smoked “bacon dust” and served with grilled garlicky sourdough to soak up every last drop of those incredible juices.
