A naturally sweet, nutrient-dense smoothie that fuels your day!
Ingredients:
* 3–5 dates (depending on size & desired sweetness)
* 1 scoop almond butter
* 1 full scoop ground flax seeds
* 1 full scoop h**p protein powder
* 1 full scoop chia seeds
* 6 oz milk or preferred liquid (unsweetened almond milk is perfect and well with these ingredients 🌿)
* 1 cup ice
Instructions:
Blend dates, almond butter, flax, h**p protein, chia seeds, and milk for 10–15 seconds.
Add ice and blend again until smooth and creamy.
Enjoy that perfect thick, creamy texture 🤎
