To get to E Street in San Bernardino using public transportation, take the bus or train (if available) to the San Bernardino Transit Center. From there, walk east on Rialto Avenue until you reach E Street.
If you are driving, take the 10 Freeway and exit at Waterman Avenue. Head south on Waterman Avenue until you reach Rialto Avenue, then turn left (heading east). Continue on Rialto Avenue until you reach E Street.
