El Pollo Loco at W Highland Avenue in San Bernardino is easily accessible by both public transport and driving. If you are taking public transport, you can take the Bus Route 5 and get off at the stop on Highland Avenue and Medical Center Drive. From there, it's just a short walk to the restaurant.
If you are driving, you can take the I-215 Freeway and exit at West Highland Avenue. The restaurant is located on the North side of West Highland Avenue with ample parking available in the adjacent parking lot.
If you're coming from downtown San Bernardino, head west on West Highland Avenue until you reach the intersection of West Highland Avenue and Medical Center Drive. The restaurant will be on your left-hand side.
