To get to Spinnaker Drive in Ventura, you can take the public bus and get off at the Harbor Blvd & Spinnaker Dr stop. From there, it's a short walk to Spinnaker Drive.

If you're driving, take the 101 freeway and exit at Seaward Ave. Follow Seaward Ave until it turns into Spinnaker Drive. There is parking available along the street and in nearby lots.
