• Add fresh mozzarella to your pinsa
• Bake at 475°F for 5 minutes, until the cheese melts
• Top with anchovies and zucchini blossoms
• Bake again at 475°F for 1–2 minutes, until the zucchini blossoms are slightly crisp
 
🍯 HOT HONEY & FIG
• Add fresh mozzarella and Fresno chilis to your pinsa
