Our Iced Sweet Latte delivers a remarkably smooth finish, completely free from the bitter bite of espresso shock. By cold-extracting our signature Hayes Valley Espresso, we unlock its softer, more nuanced flavor notes — perfectly balanced within a sweet, creamy latte.
You can also try Kyoto-Style Espresso in our Shakerato drinks. Our Vanilla Bean Shakerato, available year-round, brings this smooth, cold espresso together with vanilla bean syrup — shaken then poured over milk and ice. Introducing our newest Exceedingly Rare coffee: California Frinj Yeast Washed Gesha, from the late producer Jay Ruskey of Frinj. Grown along California’s coast, this rare washed Gesha is bright, precise, and expressive. The cup features bright florals, layered citrus, stone fruit acidity, and a delicate, tea-like body.

A Note About the Late Producer —
Jay Ruskey, the founder of Frinj Coffee, pioneered California-grown coffee over the past two decades. Through experimentation and collaboration, he advanced both cultivation and processing. We had the privilege of working with him and his team over the last 10 years, and we’re honored to share one of his coffees today.

Rooted in Kyoto’s tradition of slow, cold extraction and crafted with the intention and rigor of Hayes Valley Espresso, our newest innovation replaces pressure with patience. Cold water moves deliberately through finely tuned espresso grounds, drawing out sweetness, structure, and clarity.

To get to the coffee shop on Santa Monica Boulevard in Los Angeles by public transport, you can take the subway and get off at the Westwood/Rancho Park station. From there, head north towards Olympic Boulevard and catch bus number 20 towards Santa Monica. Get off at the intersection of 26th Street and Santa Monica Boulevard, and the coffee shop will be a short walk away.
If you prefer driving to the coffee shop, take Interstate 10 West and exit at Cloverfield Boulevard. Turn right onto Cloverfield Boulevard, then left onto Santa Monica Boulevard. Continue driving for about two miles until you reach 26th Street, and the coffee shop will be on your right. There is street parking available near the coffee shop, but availability may vary depending on time of day. Alternatively, there is a paid parking lot nearby as well.
