Their location on Pullman Street is easy to find and accessible. However, they recently posted on social media about some disruptions and noise due to renovations in the shop and lobby area. Despite this, they assured their customers that they will try their best to serve them until they can't.
They also recently changed their hours to trial what's best for their community. Starting next Monday, May 8th, they will be open from Monday to Friday at 7am-5pm and Saturday and Sunday at 8am-4pm.
Lastly, Lion & Lamb Coffee Roasters announced a new addition to their menu - toast! Their "Basic" toast features pasture-raised jammy egg marinated for 48 hours with cold-pickled onions, fresh avocado mash, Maldon sea salt on a 1-inch toasted slice of champagne sourdough. Meanwhile, their "Lion & Jam" toast has whipped ricotta with fresh lemon zest and Saigon cinnamon, blackberry jam, and lemon curd on a 1-inch toasted slice of champagne sourdough.
