Steaming milk is not the same as heating milk.
The difference is in the details. Milk can go past its point without ever changing color or smelling burnt. It can stay too thin and lose the texture that makes a latte feel like a latte. It can miss the microfoam that latte art needs. Temperature, texture, and technique all have to land at the same time, every single pour.
That is what our baristas are trained on, and it is why a simple drink at Nook never feels simple.

Family means everyone. Yes, that includes the one with the tail.
Nook was built to be a spot you settle into, and that doesn’t change when you show up with your dog. Water bowl, a treat if they’ve earned it (they always have), and a team that will absolutely say hi to them before they say hi to you.
