Silvia has been part of the Panini Kabob Grill family for nearly a decade, beginning her journey with PKG on January 4, 2016. She joined the company as the General Manager of our former Beverly Hills location.
Through years of dedication, leadership, and a passion for developing strong teams, Silvia has grown into her current role as the Training Director for the Los Angeles area, helping guide and support the next generation of PKG leaders and team members.

He began his journey with us as a Busser at our Beverly Hills location (now closed), and through hard work, consistency, and a true passion for hospitality, he has grown into a leadership role as the General Manager at our Downtown Los Angeles location.
Victor’s story is a great example of what the PKG family is all about, growing from within, leading with experience, and supporting both our team and our guests every day. For the Mediterranean restaurant, take the Metro Blue Line and get off at the Norwalk Station. From there, take either the 7, 21 or 126 bus and get off at South St/183rd St. The restaurant is located on South St.
For the Persian restaurant and caterer, take the I-605 and exit on South St. Head west towards Bloomfield Ave and make a left onto Carmenita Rd. The restaurant is located on Carmenita Rd.
For the family style restaurant, take the I-605 and exit on South St. Head east towards Norwalk Blvd and make a right onto Park Plaza Dr. Take another right onto Carmenita Rd and the restaurant is located on your left-hand side.
