To get to E Willow Street in Signal Hill via public transport, one option is to take the Blue Line train towards Long Beach and exit at the Willow Street Station. From there, take the Long Beach Transit Bus #91 Eastbound and get off at the Cherry Ave & Willow St stop. It's just a short walk from there.

If driving, take the 405 South and exit on Cherry Ave towards Signal Hill. Turn left onto E Willow St and watch out for available street parking or nearby parking lots/garages.
