✨Fun Fact Friday✨
Did you know our property—and the Furst’s family castle played a small part in Old Hollywood history? 🎬✨
Both locations were used for filming the 1968 TV series The Rat Patrol, which followed a patrol squad navigating the North African desert during World War II.
In Season 2, Episode 26, “The Kill at Koorlea Raid.” The episode originally premiered on March 17, 1968, and starting around 10:50, you can see the Furst’s castle on the hill! 🏰
Even better, you can watch the episode for free on Pluto TV and see a little piece of our property’s history for yourself.
We love discovering these little connections to the past and knowing that our family-run restaurant was once a small part of Hollywood history. ❤️🎥
