LBCC Bakery is a student-run establishment located on E Carson Street that serves as a bakery, coffee shop, and restaurant. They are currently open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10AM to 12:30PM, closed on Wednesday, 11/23/21 for pie pre-order pickups between 12PM-3PM. Customers can visit this cozy place during fall & spring semesters to enjoy their delicious menu items such as peach pound cake, ham cheddar & chive biscuits, and macarons. Their last day of service for this season will be Thursday, June 2nd.

The bakery and coffee shop is located on E Carson Street in Long Beach. For those using public transportation, you can take the Metro Blue Line and get off at Pacific Coast Highway Station, then take a 20-minute walk to reach the location. Alternatively, you can take Bus Route 173 and stop at Cherry Avenue & Carson Street station.
If driving, from the north via I-405 S: Take exit 28A for Studebaker Road towards Westminister Avenue. Turn left onto Studebaker Road then turn right onto E Carson Street. Look out for available parking spaces along the street or park in nearby parking lots.
From the south via I-405 N: Take exit 27B for Lakewood Boulevard towards South Street. Keep right at the fork and follow signs for South Street W/Lakewood Boulevard N. Turn right onto E South Street then turn left onto Cherry Avenue before turning right again on E Carson Street. Look out for available parking spaces along the street or park in nearby parking lots.
