World Bee Day is May 20th, so Manuela is teaming up with Bee:wild to help raise money for our precious pollinators!

For each order of our House Martini (which uses finished with honey) or our jasmine honey cake, we’ll donate $1 to the cause.

Bees and other pollinators play a crucial role in our ecosystem, yet every year their numbers are threatened by climate change, habitat loss, and pesticides. Bee:wild is a science-powered, not-for-profit movement driven to fill our cities, gardens and farms with life again.

Stop in through the end of June to participate!

Happy Earth Day!

We’re celebrating Earth Day the way we do everyday, by putting sustainable and regenerative practices to use with the help of our garden space and our partners .

Our compost system and chicken coop allow us to repurpose tons of kitchen waste and used menus. Instead of heading to a landfill, used menus get shredded and turned into bedding for our hens’ nests. Produce scraps become either healthy snacks for the chickens or greens for compost, providing nutrient rich soil for our garden beds. In turn, fresh eggs and produce from the garden end up right back in our kitchen and onto your plate.

Our garden is open to the public during our business hours. Swing by to see what‘s growing!
