STARLING SWEET POTATO BUCKWHEAT CRUMBLE 🍠
Not all sweet potatoes are created equal. Chef Dan Barber and Row 7 Seeds brought us the Starling Sweet Potato, and we turned it into ice cream. We layered in a sweet potato miso swirl and buckwheat Florentine crumble for a flavor that earns every bit of its complexity.🍦
