To get to the coffee shop and restaurant located on Beach Boulevard in Newport Beach, you can take various methods of public transportation or drive and park as follows:
Public Transport:
- Take bus route 79 and get off at the nearest stop to Beach Boulevard.
- From there, walk down the boulevard until you reach the coffee shop and restaurant.
Driving/Parking:
- Head south on Pacific Coast Highway (PCH).
- Take a left onto Newport Blvd.
- Continue straight until you reach 30th St.
- Turn right onto 30th St.
- At the end of 30th St turn left onto Balboa Blvd.
- Follow Balboa Blvd for about 1 mile until it turns into E Oceanfront.
- Continue straight along E Oceanfront for about half a mile.
- Turn right on Main St, then take an immediate left onto McFadden Pl.
- Drive down McFadden Pl, then turn right onto W Oceanfront.
- Finally, turn left onto Beach Blvd where you will find the coffee shop and restaurant on your right-hand side.
There are also various parking options near The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf such as street parking or paid parking lots nearby.
