We are now carrying COLOSSUS, artisan bakery + cafe pastries and bread!
They are most known for their signature croissant pastries, using high quality butter from France!!! Their menu is seasonal, nutrient-dense and absolutely delicious.
The grains used come from Tehachapi Grain Project, reviving historic, organic and drought-tolerant heritage grains in Southern California. Because these grains are pre-industrial heirloom varieties, they are naturally lower in gluten and non-GMO, making them easier to digest for many people.
Now available at both of our locations!! Try a pastry or an avocado toast to give it a go!
