🤠 Howdy TATM Friends!
Wow… our first night of Cowboy Tacos was a huge success! 🌮🔥 We served up 120 tacos, and it was the perfect surf & turf kickoff.
The crowd favorites? Our “Vaqueros Style” Filet Mignon — fire-grilled and basted with spicy Cowboy Butter — and our Blackened Alaskan Cod topped with our spicy Salsa Verde. 🌶️
The margaritas were flowing, the cowboy hats were out, and a rootin’ tootin’ good time was had by all! 🍹🤠
We can’t wait to welcome you back for night two tomorrow. Come join us for more tacos, margaritas, and a little spicy fun!

Stanley’s Pasta alla Nerano took the top spot again last week, but by popular demand we’re bringing back a guest favorite tonight…
✨ Tortellacci — tortellini on Italian steroids! Filled with slow-braised, fork-tender short ribs, served over roasted butternut squash purée, finished with Parmigiano and our beloved sage brown butter sauce.
