A hot day like this deserves a crispy cold salad 🐟 try the ALOHA SALAD with 6 epic ounces of pepper crusted ahi, local “from the farm” garden greens, fresh cucumber, red onion, avocado, pickled ginger, micro wasabi, sesame seeds, lilikoi dressing, sriracha aioli and sweet soy.
Truly a gluten-free salad option full of all the things you love at the tracks ☀️

As burger week comes to an end we’re going to enjoy our Kimchi Burger with two 1/4 lb. prime chuck blend patties, tempura Maui sweet onion rings, scratch gochujang sauce, house kimchi, Asian greens and Kewpie mayonnaise on a Sesame Seed Bun just one more time…

We had a blast welcoming Gunnar Latham and Josh Grider to the tracks last week. These guys are incredible, we’re fortunate to have them out! Stay tuned for news on when they’re going to return 🙌

To get to the American restaurant and New American Restaurant and Bar & Grill on Verdugo Street in San Juan Capistrano, there are a few options for transportation.
For those taking public transport, the closest bus stop is located on Verdugo Street, just a few steps away from the restaurant. Buses that stop at this stop include 191 and 690.
If driving, take I-5 N or S (depending on your starting point and location) to exit 82 toward Ortega Hwy/San Juan Capistrano. From there, follow signs for Del Obispo St/Bus Station and merge onto Del Obispo St. Turn right onto Paseo Adelanto, then left onto Verdugo St where you will find the restaurant. Parking is available on the street or in nearby lots.
Please note that these directions are not specific to Trevor's At The Tracks but should lead you to the general area of Verdugo Street in San Juan Capistrano.
