They say donât meet your heroes, but weâd argue liquid heroes are the exception.
For a while now we have been pouring some of our most cherished wines by the glass via . Itâs such a pleasure to pour a glass that would normally only be available by the bottle. So if you are coming in for a celebration or just fancy 1 (or 2) glasses of something a little extra special, weâve got you!

Mujadara is one of the oldest dishes in the Middle East, humble in origin and built on lentils, rice, warm spices, and deeply caramelized onions. Itâs been feeding people for centuries, simple, comforting, and full of flavor.
We took that base and pushed it a little further with jammy slow cooked eggplant, confit tomatoes, and a big handful of fresh herbs.
Humble roots, with a few extra layers.

A few new and returning dishes on the menu of late
⢠The return of the Rise n Shine. I recently asked guests what theyâd like to see return to the menu and this was high up on the list. On for a short time so get your fill whilst itâs still around.
⢠New on the dinner menu, roasted butternut squash, Turkish 5 spice, miso whipped cream, pepita seed crunch. Vegan, nut free, dairy free, gluten free but thatâs not really the point, itâs just plain delicious
⢠1,000 layered potatoes with confit garlic labneh, aleppo chili and spices
⢠Couple of other dishes and drinks I havenât had the time to photograph yet so youâll just have to come in and see for yourself

This week we are opening up our monthly wine tasting to everyone đˇ
Four wines. One region. A chance to explore something new by the glass.
Each month for our wine club, we zoom in on a single wine region, pick four bottles we love, and spend the week pouring, tasting, and geeking out just a little. It is our favourite way to slow things down and share great wine with our community.
After lots of requests from non members wanting to join in, we are opening the tastings up to everyone.
This month we are heading to the RhĂ´ne Valley in France. A legendary region known for expressive whites, elegant northern RhĂ´ne Syrah, and generous Grenache driven blends from the south. One of the most exciting and diverse wine regions in the world and perfect for a deep dive.
We will be pouring all four wines on Wednesday and Thursday this week. Come by, grab a glass, and explore the RhĂ´ne with us.
If our wine club sounds right up your street, send us a DM and we will send you a link to sign up.
Cheers đĽ
