Named after the espresso-based cortado, the Cortado Series makes this collaboration a natural fit. We’re bringing together a brand built for strength and movement with a coffee that represents bold Filipino character.

The word “barako” comes from the term for a strong male wild boar and has come to represent strength, courage, and boldness in Filipino culture. It is also closely associated with Philippine Liberica, one of the world’s four commercially grown coffee species and an important part of Philippine coffee heritage.

me after having a one hour conversation with Ron of Teofilo Coffee Company about how making it sustainable for the farmers is the only way. there’s no other option to how they directly source all of Teofilo’s beans. (and i also chugged the halo halo latte it was bomb.)

To get to Los Alamitos Boulevard in Los Alamitos, you can take the public bus number 30 and get off at the stop near the intersection of Los Alamitos Boulevard and Florista Street. From there, you can walk for about five minutes to reach your destination.

If you prefer driving, you can take the I-405 freeway and exit at Katella Avenue. Turn left onto Katella Avenue and continue straight until you reach Los Alamitos Boulevard. Turn right onto Los Alamitos Boulevard and drive for about one mile until you reach your destination.

There is street parking available near Teofilo Coffee Company, but it can be limited during peak hours. Alternatively, there is a public parking lot nearby on Florista Street that offers free parking for up to two hours.
