It’s with heavy hearts that we share Brew Kitchen Ale House has officially closed its doors. 💔 After 11 incredible years, countless pints poured, burgers grilled, and memories made, we can’t thank you enough for being part of our story. To our regulars and everyone who has supported us—your love and loyalty have meant the world.
We’re sorry for the abrupt goodbye. Unfortunately, dealing with California utility companies made it impossible to keep moving forward.
While this chapter ends, we’re excited for what’s ahead. We will be taking some time to re-think and re-brand this location. In the meantime, if you’re craving some of the flavors you loved here, come see us at West Grove Pizza in Garden Grove—we’d love to welcome you there.
Most of all, please continue supporting small, family-owned restaurants. Without your support, communities are left with nothing but fast food and cookie-cutter options.
Thank you for 11 unforgettable years. ❤️ Cheers to new beginnings, and we hope to see you again soon.

Cheese pizza as we know it originated in Naples, Italy, in the late 18th to early 19th century. The classic Margherita pizza—with tomato, mozzarella cheese, and basil—was created there and is considered the ancestor of modern cheese pizza. It was popularized as a simple, delicious dish for the working class and has since become a worldwide favorite.
We’re continuing that tradition and doing it right. 🇮🇹🍕❤️
