To get to Palms Boulevard in Los Angeles by public transport, you can take the Metro Expo Line and get off at the Palms Station. From there, walk north on Westwood Blvd for about 10 minutes until you reach Palms Blvd.
If you're driving and need to park, there are several options. On-street metered parking is available along Palms Blvd and nearby streets. There is also a parking lot on Cardiff Ave just south of Palms Blvd that charges hourly rates.
Once you're on Palms Blvd, look for the ice cream shop or ice cream parlor with a green awning and colorful signs.
