The business started with Angela bringing juice to work for coworkers and jarring juice for her family, but as the orders started piling up, the business was moved into a commercial kitchen, a team was built, a delivery service was born, and now they have their very own retail store!
One of the things that sets Salud Juice apart from other juice bars is their commitment to using only organic produce from local farmers markets. They build strong relationships with their farmers and sometimes even visit the farms to help pick their produce! Salud Juice also uses cold-pressed juicing, which gently grinds produce into a fine pulp and passes it through a hydraulic press to extract the vitamins and nutrients from the fiber of the produce. This method ensures that all of the nutrients are preserved in the juice.
In addition to being organic and cold-pressed, Salud Juice's juices are also raw. They do not pasteurize or add preservatives to their juice to make them last longer. Because of this, Salud Juice has a 3-4 day shelf life. But trust us, you won't need that long to finish your delicious drink!
