The final day is here. We are going through a mixture of emotions of course, this is our 14yr old baby created from our hearts and minds. We poured our everything into what we did, and know full-well that nothing lasts forever. We will always love Rainbow and have learned so much in the process of creating this business. We are signing off as two individuals that can look back confidently knowing that we did our best in creating a product that brought health and happiness into others lives, while putting people first.
We are running low on juice at this point but will be putting out a little more soon. We will likely not be open all the way until 6pm.

In 2015 there was a transformer that exploded or something like that... and it took out the power in downtown Long Beach for 3 days. We immediately started getting our juices into coolers, went and got dry ice for our walk-in, and continued pushing on. The health department came by and told us we couldn't sell the juice because we didn't have electricity 😂🤯... ummm.. okay... so we ended up selling all of our product, and eventually ended up having to get our walk-in cooler serviced because the dry ice effed it up. 😅✅
Just ONE of the multiple times we've had to think quickly and pivot to make things work. Little did we know that would not have been the hardest roadblock we would've had to get through...
We have learned so much over the past decade of what it takes to own a brick and mortar.
