π₯π Itβs always an amazing time getting lost in the (pizza) sauce with your Preferred team! This round, we got some hands-on time with the Blodgett Oven Company ImVection (and its four independent chambers, which let us cook all kinds of menu items at once with no flavor transfer).
With convection and impingement cooking packed into one ventless oven, there are a whole lot of ways to put this thing to work depending on your menu. Thatβs exactly why we love doing demos like this: bring us what youβre cooking, put the equipment through its paces, and see firsthand what actually makes sense for your kitchen.
