with childhood friends brings back all the memories 🥹.
I grew up walking distance from so grabbing lunch with my childhood friends here was all of the feels and nostalgia 🥰.
As an these restaurants that serve a little Chinese 🥡 and a little Japanese 🍣 are actually really special.
I am so I ate plenty of traditional Viet food 🍲, but my exposure to other Asian food actually started with these more American style restaurants.
As a grown up now I have experienced a lot more traditional Asian cuisine, but places like this are still super special to me. I can get tasty Garlic Noodles 🍜, Lobster 🦞, and Sushi 🍣 all in one place.
Sure, it isn’t the most authentic, but it definitely hits the spot 🤤.
So out of curiosity was the first Asian dish you ever ate?

Cocktails & apps. Love getting together with friends over shared appetizers and refreshing cocktails. I ordered the “Ace of Spades” made with reposado, Combier Creme de Mure, agave and lime. So delicious! We shared the grilled oysters (Cajun and smoked salt), spicy tuna on crispy rice, salmon carpaccio, and the yellowtail collar.

When you eat with your eyes instead of your stomach so you end up with too much on your table for just two people 🤣
No regrets though because the sashimi salad was the underdog of the entire meal. I didn’t think that the sashimi could be so fresh and tender at a Chinese fusion restaurant but I was proven wrong. The other main dishes like the lo mein, fried rice, and beef were classic Chinese-American dishes but the grilled oysters were another shocker. For some reason, the combo of spinach and cheese with oysters worked so well 😮💨

Leave meat alone! &try the vegetarian options at 🥗🍱
Thank you for allowing me to celebrate my vegetarian friend’s bday! She has been such a big support in my foodie career, buuut it can be tricky to invite her due to the lack of choices she can. But we both love a good tempura and sushi roll, so I happily took her here! The place is very vegetarian and vegan friendly and the vegan king pao chicken was in par with regular kung pao! Definitely a nice place to check out if you’re curious about doing a vegetarian/vegan diet.

! Stop by The Village to check out our Chinese and Japanese inspired menu. Everything was delicious! Fresh fish turned into beautiful sashimi and sushi rolls and an abundance of spices and flavors in their Chinese classics.
You’ll find dishes like honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken, Szechuan chicken, garlic noodles with chicken, edamame, crispy rice, lunch sashimi set, and a collection of rolls filled with tuna, shrimp, crab, eel, and yellowtail! And you have to check out our cocktails. The strawberry lychee and forbidden fruit were excellent. Fresh, fruity and delicious!

(💌: invited) a spot serving contemporary Asian food and drinks had me wanting to order everything off the menu 🤤
has a menu that has something for everyone! whether you want sushi, noodles, classic Asian dishes, or cocktails, they have it ☺️ i loved every dish but if i had to choose some favorites, it would be the spicy tuna on crispy rice and the black pepper beef mignon 🤤 let me know if you try this! 🫶

"If Corey Matthews and Topanga were still dating I bet they would like the vibe here at !
Spacious outdoor ambiance with the perf amount of sun ☀️ When it got a little warm, their friendly staff helped us find some shade under their giant umbrellas! Loved everything but my 2 favorites? Absolutely the delicious surf and turf dishes we ordered! It went perfectly together. The Spicy Garlic Maine Lobster was juicy and well seasoned. And the Black Pepper Filet Mignon was perfectly umami and tender. You can tell it’s a high quality steak from its texture! I would definitely order everything we had again and I will highly suggest to make it out for their happy hour ! The food is high quality and worth it— but hey who doesn’t like HH? "
