I could eat seafood all the time. I had such an amazing feast with EMC. I definitely had to get the Uni pasta, sashimi, and oysters! If you really wanna go all out, they also have a seafood tower with all the goodies. Do you like it raw or do you preferred your seafood all cooked? They also have happy hour M-F at 3:30-6:30p so bring some friends for a good time 🥂 Thanks so much for having us!

I had lunch with some girlfriends over the weekend at in Woodland Hills. The weather was so gorgeous and perfect for dining outdoors! 😍
We started off with some drinks then got some small plates to share. 🫶🏻
What we ordered:
Small Plates/Raw Bar: Crispy Garlic Jalapeno Chicken Wings, Braised Garlic Pork Belly, Fries with Truffle Mushroom Aioli, Salmon Carpaccio, Yellowtail Ceviche, Garlic Butter Grilled Oysters and Rockefeller Grilled Oysters (creamy spinach & chives)
Entrées: Uni Pasta, Warm Lobster Roll, Uni Truffle Risotto
Out of the small plates, the yellowtail ceviche was the clear star for my friends (I’m not a ceviche fan so I passed). My personal favorite was the salmon carpaccio, but everything was great. 🤤
Each of the entrees was amazing. The Uni Pasta was my favorite - it was so unique and flavorful. Same for the risotta - very rich and creamy. It was my first time having uni, and I’m surprised just how much I loved it. Every dish was also presented beautifully. ✨

I found the best outdoor seafood restaurant in a shopping mall in Topanga.
EMC seafood and raw bar is open since 2013 and serves fresh seafood like lobster, shrimp, and soft shell crab. They have a raw bar with oysters, yellowtail, clams, and even a full seafood tower. One of their most popular dishes is the uni pasta, a creamy pasta packed with flavor and fresh uni.
They have a full bar, and a mixologist mixing up some delicious cocktails like this fruity strawberry lychee martini. If you are looking for something stronger, try the old-fashioned with Tiki Japanese Whiskey.
So whether you’re getting hungry while shopping or looking for an upscale brunch spot with the girls. This is the perfect place for it. And don’t forget to check out their happy hour from Monday through Friday.

To get to the seafood restaurant on Topanga Canyon Boulevard in Woodland Hills by public transport, you can take the Metro Local Bus 245 and get off at Topanga Canyon Boulevard and Ventura Boulevard. From there, it is a short walk to the restaurant.
If you plan to drive, take the Ventura Freeway (US-101) and exit at Topanga Canyon Boulevard. Turn right onto Topanga Canyon Boulevard and continue driving for about half a mile. The restaurant will be on your left-hand side.
Parking is available in the parking lot next to the restaurant or along the streets nearby. Please make sure to check any parking signs or restrictions before leaving your vehicle.
