Zov's Restaurants Zov's Restaurants is a new American restaurant located on Newport Coast Drive, serving contemporary Mediterranean cuisine with healthy and well-prepared foods. Their menu features award-winning dishes, including flash-fried Brussels sprouts with nueske applewood smoked bacon, caper vinaigrette, and pinot noir syrup as a starter or Cioppino with tiger shrimp, Hokkaido scallops, fresh fish of the day, citrus tomato broth, and rustic garlic bread as an Italian-American fusion dish during dinner hours at all locations. Additionally, customers can enjoy their life-burritoful breakfast/brunch dishes in Tustin or weekend brunch menus in Irvine and Newport locations. Contrary to the rumors, Zov’s is not closing.

The center is being completely reimagined, and we are excited to share that a brand-new transformed Zov’s restaurant experience is coming to Tustin. Inspired by the energy and atmosphere of our newest San Clemente location, the new space will bring a fresh and elevated dining experience to our community.

Construction is expected to begin later this year, with plans to open before Summer 2027. We cannot wait to share this next chapter with all of you.
