We know the internet is doing its thing right now and sharing all the information about the high tides-but there might be some confusion about the state of our restaurant if you've seen recent videos that are circulating.

So take this as our proof that the Beachcomber and Bootlegger Bar are open, and doing well! The tides are high, but our spirits-and restaurant-are higher. So come on down and enjoy the waves from a safe vantage point!

To get to the American restaurant at Crystal Cove in Newport Beach, you can take public transportation by getting on the 1 bus line and getting off at the stop closest to Pacific Coast Highway and Los Trancos. From there, it is a short walk down to the beach where you will find the restaurant.

If you prefer to drive, take the Pacific Coast Highway towards Crystal Cove State Park. Upon arrival, follow signs for parking and park in the designated lot. From there, it is a short walk down to the beach where you will find the restaurant.
