Many customers ask us why this special drink is called Ireland Matcha Latte.
The answer is simple — because this drink was created to represent a rich, natural, and long-lasting flavor experience, just like the peaceful and organic feeling people often associate with Ireland.
Our Ireland Matcha Latte is not a regular matcha drink.
It is made from a special blend of Organic Matcha and Thai Green Tea, carefully crafted to preserve the natural aroma and deep flavor of real matcha for a longer-lasting taste experience.

🌊 Good food doesn’t always need to be complicated.
Sometimes, it’s simply about experiencing the same ingredient in different ways.
Recently at Poke Island, we’ve been exploring how salmon can offer two completely different sensations on the same plate.
🐟 One roll remains untouched — fresh and raw — keeping the clean, ocean sweetness that many guests love.
🔥 The other is gently flame-seared, bringing a subtle warmth and smoky aroma while still preserving the freshness inside.
✨ Two rolls.
✨ Two opposite approaches.
✨ Yet both highlighting the beauty of the same fish.
Some guests prefer the freshness of the raw bite. Others enjoy the comfort of the lightly seared flavor. Most discover that the experience comes from enjoying both together.
🍣 That idea became our Signature Salmon Duo Roll — finished with masago and house sauces to balance freshness, richness, and texture.

The Hawaiian and Asian restaurants are located on Talbert Avenue in Huntington Beach. For those using public transportation, the closest bus stop is at the intersection of Talbert Ave and Beach Blvd. From there, walk west on Talbert Ave for about 5 minutes until you reach the restaurants.
For those driving, take the 405 freeway to the Beach Blvd exit and head south. Turn left onto Talbert Ave and continue for about half a mile. The restaurants will be on your right-hand side. There is a parking lot available for customers to use.
