The star of the show at pebblebeachconcours car week. Our Executive Pastry Chef lydia maracine was inspired by the simple elegance of English tea & biscuits and this dessert transforms that familiar pairing into something a little more unexpected.

Lydia steeped tea biscuits in milk, using the infused milk as the foundation for a delicate mousse. The center is a black tea caramel to combine the classic pairng into the dessert. It’s finished with a glaze inspired by the warm, golden hue of a tea biscuit and delicate dried cornflowers.

To reach the location at West Pico Boulevard in Los Angeles, if you are using public transport, take the metro line that passes through the area and get off at the Pico/Westwood station. From there, walk towards West Pico Boulevard for about 10-15 minutes until you reach your destination.

If you are driving to the location, take the 10 freeway and exit at Overland Ave. Head north on Overland Ave until you reach West Pico Boulevard. Turn left onto West Pico Boulevard and drive for about half a mile until you see the venue on your left.
