Margherita Pizza began in Naples with the simplest ingredients: tomato, mozzarella, basil and olive oil. Red, white and green, the colors of the Italian flag.
In 1928, Maria's family emigrated from Naples to Hoboken, New Jersey, carrying with them more than recipes. They brought hard work, resilience, hospitality and the belief that food brings people together.
That family legacy continues today at Maria’s Italian Kitchen.
