We are celebrating this week.
The Tasting Kitchen only uses 100% authentic Balsamic Vinegar from Modena.
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, the Original from Modena PGI can only be produced in Modena, as it is regulated by the Consortium. The terroir of the Emilia-Romagna region brings flavors to the vinegar that cannot be replicated with inauthentic balsamic vinegar.
It’s easy to participate. First, order our featured Authentic Balsamic Vinegar dish, Lentils with rapini. Second, place your vote for The Tasting Kitchen through our link in bio. That’s it!
Join us through Sunday for this event.
