Dear Republik Guests,

Join us for a special journey to Sardinia, one of Italy’s most distinctive and exciting wine regions.
Sardinian wines are produced in relatively small quantities, and many of the island’s best bottles rarely make it to the U.S. For one night, we’re bringing together an exceptional selection from Cantina Santadi, paired with a special multi-course menu.

We’ll explore Vermentino, the island’s fresh and mineral-driven white; Cannonau, Sardinia’s signature red grape; and the powerful Carignano del Sulcis.
The evening finishes with the legendary Terre Brune, one of Sardinia’s benchmark wines, created with famed Italian winemaker Giacomo Tachis, whose work helped shape icons including Sassicaia, Tignanello and Solaia.

These are wines we rarely have the opportunity to pour together. Seating is very limited, so reserve your table before this dinner sells out.

To reach the location at E Green Street in Pasadena, you can take the Metro Gold Line and get off at the Memorial Park Station. From there, walk east on Holly Street for about 10 minutes until you reach E Green Street.

Alternatively, if you are driving, take the 210 Freeway and exit at Lake Avenue. Drive south on Lake Avenue and turn right onto E Green Street. There is a public parking lot nearby where you can park your car.
