W Cafe & Restaurant was a hidden tea lounge serving a wide array of tea and European-Mediterranean fusion food. The restaurant had the capacity to seat 60 indoors and another two dozen on the patio, and it was open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon high tea service & dinner. The menu included a variety of breakfast items, sandwiches, salads and dinner entrees. Chef Wais Omar utilized his experience from working at Balboa Bay Resort and Club to offer unique amalgamations of American and Mediterranean dishes such as Roasted Quail and Lamb Kabobs that would tantalize your taste buds. Unfortunately, this restaurant has been permanently closed.

To reach Westcliff Drive in Newport Beach, start by taking the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) to Dover Drive. Turn onto Dover Drive and continue until you reach Irvine Avenue. Turn right on Irvine Ave and continue until you arrive at Westcliff Drive.

For those using public transportation, take the OCTA bus line 79 to the corner of Irvine Ave and Westcliff Dr. From there, walk east on Westcliff Dr to reach your destination.
