Our friend Troy Ali stirred up a cold brew cocktail that's rich, smooth, and just the right amount of kick. You'll want to save this recipe for your next happy hour:

1 dash coffee bitters
1 dash chocolate bitters
1/4oz demerara sugar
1/2oz amaretto
1.5oz Stumptown Cold Brew Delight or Cold Brew Decaf
1.5oz rye whiskey

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass along with ice. Stir for 15-20 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass over ice. Express the oils from an orange peel over the top and garnish with the trimmed peel. Cheers! 🥃🍊☕

We're beyond excited to share our latest super-limited release: Nicaragua Norman Canales Anaerobic Process Microlot. It's available to preorder now, but there's less than 300 bags, so snag a bag or two before it sells out.

This one comes from one of our longest-standing Direct Trade relationships. We first met the Canales family during the 2004 Cup of Excellence competition, when Daniel Canales became the first coffee producer to enter an organic lot. Today, we purchase lots from several of the family's small farms, carefully blending the lots into Los Delirios, the coffee Stumptowners have come to know and love over the years.

We're excited to welcome back Costa Rica Montes de Oro, the single origin coffee that's been filling Stumptown cups and hearts for 20 years.

We've partnered with Emilio and Laura Gamboa since 2006—when we became their first customer—but their coffee story didn't start there. The Gamboa family has been farming coffee in Costa Rica's lush, mountainous Tarrazú region since the 1800s. With a deep legacy and a spirit of innovation, they were among the first in their region to install a micro-mill on their farm, sparking the micro-mill revolution that transformed specialty coffee in Costa Rica.
