Bread Head Sandwiches is a sandwich shop founded by longtime friends and chefs Alex Williams and Jordan Snyder, who first crossed paths while working in the acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurant Trois Mec in Los Angeles. Bonding over their mutual appreciation for the art of sandwich-making, they embarked on a journey to create sandwiches that are both simple and refined. Their dedication begins with the crafting of homemade bread and continues with sourcing high-quality products from around the globe. Each sandwich is meticulously composed, harmonizing flavor, texture, and aroma while maintaining a satisfying simplicity.
After perfecting their menu through various pop-ups in 2021 and 2022, they established Bread Head Restaurant Group in collaboration with Venice Brands and Michael Pasternak, former COO of Night + Market. The first permanent location of Bread Head is set to open at 1518 Montana Avenue in Santa Monica.

**By Public Transport:**
1. If you're coming from downtown Los Angeles, take the Metro Expo Line (Light Rail) towards Santa Monica.
