To arrive at Mateo Street in Los Angeles, you can take the Metro Rail Expo Line and get off at Little Tokyo/Arts District Station. From there, walk south on South Hewitt Street until you reach East 3rd Street. Turn left onto East 3rd Street and continue walking until you reach Mateo Street.
If you prefer to drive, take the 101 Freeway and exit at Alameda Street. Turn left on Palmetto Street and then turn right onto Mateo Street. Limited street parking is available. Alternatively, there are paid parking lots nearby such as the one located at 450 S Hewitt St.
