One of the standout dishes at The Factory Kitchen is the frico, a grilled montasio cheese-potato pancake with balsamico seared radicchio. It's a perfect appetizer to start your meal. Another must-try dish is the ligurian focaccina, which features pizzata, crescenza, San Marzano tomatoes, Sicilian anchovies, capers, and oregano.

For something with a little kick, try their Maniche pasta with spicy calamari sugo and little neck clams.

The menu also includes salads like the insalata with wild arugula, shaved fennel, oranges, taggia olives, and lemon-chili dressing. And if you're feeling adventurous, try the casonzei - pork sausage & beef filled egg-pasta with brown butter, pancetta, sage, and padano.
