What an incredible 4th of July celebration! We had the honor of serving coffee at this beautiful wedding and celebrating such a special day with an amazing couple, their family, and friends.
We were so busy making coffee, chatting with guests, and enjoying the celebration that we hardly had a chance to take photos ourselves! Summer wedding season has been nothing short of amazing. 🤍☕️
We’re so grateful for every couple who trusts Coffees & Cream Catering to be part of such an important day. From beautiful venues and unforgettable celebrations to the incredible vendors we get to work alongside, every wedding brings something new.
One of our favorite parts of this business is constantly meeting talented new vendors—and especially the amazing photographers like Montana Western Photographer who capture all the little moments we’re often too busy behind the coffee bar to see ourselves. 📸✨

One thing I was taught growing up is that your word is everything. If you make a commitment, you keep it. That’s a value I’ve carried with me my entire life and one that I’ve built my business on.
That’s why it’s incredibly disappointing when a wedding we had booked 9 months in advance is canceled because another vendor knowingly accepted the same date. With so little notice, it’s nearly impossible for a small business to fill that date again.
This industry should be built on integrity, respect, and professionalism. We all work hard, and there is enough business for everyone without stepping on each other to get it.
To the couples and vendors who value honesty, loyalty, and keeping their word—thank you. Your trust means more than you know, and we’ll continue to show up for every event with the same commitment we’ve always had.
Because at the end of the day, your reputation is built by keeping your word, even when it’s not convenient. ☕🤍

This weekend’s wedding in Bozeman was one we’ll never forget. ☕🤍
