🌿 Tofu Green Curry – Silky coconut milk blended with fragrant green curry paste made from fresh green chilies, lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime zest, coriander root, garlic and shallots.Tossed with tofu, bell peppers, bamboo shoots green beans and sweet basil – a perfect balance of heat and sweetness.

🍗🐟 Chicken or Salmon Khao Soi – Northern Thai-style yellow curry featuring a rich coconut broth infused with turmeric, curry powder, coriander, cumin, garlic, ginger, and shallots. Served with crispy egg noodles, raw red onions, pickled mustard greens, fried shallots and a squeeze of lime – comfort in every bite.

🥩 Beef Panang – Thick, creamy Panang curry with a paste of dried red chilies, lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime zest, coriander, cumin, garlic and shallots. Simmered with tender beef and kaffir lime leaves – rich, and packed with flavor.
