Let’s play a little game for National Ice Cream Month:
Rank all six seasonal flavors from #1 to #6 based on where you think they’ll land in popularity by the end of the month.
Entries close on 6/7 at 11:55pm PT. Comments will be turned off after the deadline, so make sure your full #1– #6 ranking is posted before then.
Drop your full list below — closest guess wins 3 pints of next month’s seasonals!

When we first created this flavor over a decade ago, we genuinely thought it might be too strange. Afterall, it’s mint chip ice cream infused with wood.
But year after year, it’s become one of our most requested returning flavors.
Palo santo is gently infused into cream, lending subtle notes of herbaceous butter mint & marshmallow paired with crème de menthe chips.
What started as one of our weirdest ideas has become a yearly tradition. In stores for June-July while supplies last.

Tons of treasure in this June seasonal flavor (a Wanderlust Creamery original as usual 🫰🏽). In stores this month while supplies last …which won’t be long given its current popularity. Try it before it’s gone.
“Taiwanese Treasure Bowl” - A treasure hunt in every scoop: milky taro ice cream filled with chewy boba, mochi, grass jelly, and swirls of sweet red bean. Everything you’d find in a Taiwanese dessert bowl transformed into ice cream.

What ice cream flavor could this possibly be? First correct guess wins a pint of every June seasonal. Partial or “close” guesses won’t count. 🙃

We took malai milk (think: ultra concentrated, clotted cream x condensed milk x fior di latte flavor) and turned it into ice cream. Then we swirled it with a 6-hour carrot 🥕 caramel perfumed with cardamom and threw in fistfuls of cashews pralined with khoya — even more milk solids reduced to a milky confection with a fudgy, caramelized dairy richness. It’s our ode to Indian Gahar Na Halwa, in ice cream form.
Our ode to gajar ka halwa, the beloved Indian carrot pudding dessert. A May seasonal in stores, while supplies last!

What people say
Wanderlust Creamery on W 3rd Street is a must-visit for ice cream lovers. Their unique and creative flavors are sure to delight your taste buds. One of their most popular seasonal flavors is the Palo Santo Mint Chip, which features palo santo wood-infused ice cream with fresh mint and créme de menthe chocolate. The result is a deliciously earthy, resinous, and slightly minty flavor with a marshmallow-y aftertaste. But even their signature flavors like Pandan Tres Leches™ are worth trying. This southeast Asian-inspired take on tres leches features sweet cream ice cream served with crumbs of housemade pandan sponge cake and ribbons of condensed milk. Wanderlust Creamery's commitment to using unique ingredients and creating innovative flavors makes them stand out from other ice cream shops in Los Angeles.
